Havent been updatin regularly recently. Thanks to da OWL from this course im studyin. My love n my passion, my time n my life, everythin - dedicated to this thing called Architecture.

Have been spendin alot of time in da studio i have grown attached to (Studio 7), workin on da shelter we've been workin on since da Stone Age. Lacked lotsa sleep and skipped lotsa meals, and din have any time for any lovey-dovey thingies in da past two weeks. When i see my siblings asleep while im still up and workin, i thought.. Why am i doin this? If i listened to my mom and take business instead, will i still b up at this hour?

Hmm im sure my life would be much relaxin, and i'll have lotsa time to lepak arnd with my friends. But i think again n i realize, tht is not wht i want. I'd choose Architecture over anythin even if i could turn back time, even if it took my life. Uncle Lok is right: When u love Architecture so much, u dont see it as a job anymore..U treat it as yr vocation, somethin u were born to do. I seriously cant think of my life in da future as a businesswoman, an accountant, an engineer, a teacher...? Nope! Architecture, it is! (altho im still not quite sure if i'd make a good architect!)

So alas! This is da 1st day of my one-week semester break. Lotsa sleep to catch up to. Lotsa meals to replace my previous malnutrition. But its not as simple as it seems. Thrs too many things waitin for me. Too many things to b done in this short one-week period. Argh!

To-do list this semester break:
1. Get a haircut.
2. Fieldwork for site surveyin + report + computation of results.
3. Settle da roof of my shelter.
4. Building Services 2 report on Securities Commission.
5. Rough layout of Activity Week features for yearbook.
6. Movie "Puteri Gunung Ledang" with Nads, and "AVP" with korkor Fuikiat.
7. Kyle's play "Hip Hopera" in TCSJ.
8. Visit to Zoo with Manda and Sam.
9. Buy Horng n ChiYan's bday present.
10. Hongleong's bday lunch.
11. Organize history notes.
12. Figure out wht to do for Building Construction assignment...

Argh.. All those plus da hospital visits, yoga classes, and hsework. I wonder whr i can slot some time in for sleepin and eatin. And i really really really miss him, i wanna see him, and talk to him, to know tht im not dreamin, and tht everythin i have is real~ But i know i shldnt disturb him now since he's in da midst of preparin for his tests. Hmmph.. Which means i'll hafta wait again. HMMPH!

Its such a mixed feelin. My passion for wht im studyin is affectin my life in many many ways. I know i will hold on to my ambitions to my vr last breath, but i dont want it to be affectin any other parts of my life!!!! How how how?!

Hmm i cried watchin Msian Idol replays on TV3 just minutes ago. Why? They visited da spastic centre this week, i cant help but tear while i watch da special kids on tv. And when i see da finalists play with them, i simply felt da urge to cry.

But mayb i will tear more later, tonite, durin da results show. Why, again? Coz da genre this week is ROCK! MY Andrew sang like crap and its sad to see how Saiful n Zamil n Dina try to do their best to rock da stage but still got hurtful comments from da judges. Btw its not Saiful's fault to b such a pretty boy ok? I can see he was tryin so hard to be less 'sweet' this week but its just on his face, i think Roslan's comment was so rude (eventho Saiful isnt really on my fave list).

Jac was superb, she was so comfortable doin this genre and i guess tht is, again, another advantage for her. And i felt Vick is kinda kewl but he din get vr good comments either (but mayb its becoz i always liked da song he sang- Numb by LP) But then again, watchin Andrew tryin to 'rock' is kinda hilarious in a way but saddenin for me coz i kinda feel he's gonna b in da last three tonite. Which means thr is a chance i wont b able to see him perform again. (Btw he has gorgeous hair!!!) Sigh~ But i've decided i wont b votin this week, coz all of them kinda sucked at this genre (except for Jac, tht is).

Argh i think no matter who leaves tonite, i will b sad. And i really really hope its not Andrew! THen i cannot see those sparkling puppy look in his eyes while he sing to da camera anymore! He's not da best singer, i know, but he's so comfy as himself when he sings d other genres. But who's to stay for sure? I think Jac n Vick are quite safe, but then again, everythin's unpredictable (like Dina bein in da last three last week!)

Hmm i wonder whts da genre for next week. I actually cant belif im in this Idol craze myself. Haha.

Wht a day! Woke up SO early this mornin (remind u, im in da midst of my semester break) to go to college for my site surveyin fieldwork. Arrived on time, saw kenny thr. And we waited. Waited, waited, waited, waited. Waited n waited. Nobody else showed up. Became impatient, began to call everyone. Nobody will b comin, Nads totally forgotten abt it, n joanne couldnt get up so early. Fuikiat informed earlier tht he wont b comin, and melv, he went back to batu pahat da day b4 without informin(then i got to know abt it when i saw his MSN nick last nite). Hmm Just da two of us. How cool. How to do?!! So we had to cancel. Argh! I hafta admit tht im kinda pissed when it happened. Shldnt ppl just learn to b more responsible?! ARgh~ But forget it ler, theyre still my beloved frens.

Then i called Yuki to set up an appointment to do my hair. 3pm. Hmm at least i'll get somethin (from my to-do list) done today.
Once i sat down, i told her two IMPORTANT things:
1. Dont cut my hair too short.
2. Dont perm my hair too curly.
And both happened. Wht a day! ARgh..
I think my new haircut:
1. Reminds me of Guy Sebastian.
2. Defines da roundness of my already-super-round face.
3. Looks horrible from behind.
4. Lives up to my old nickname - Maggi Mee. (many thx to Kevin!)

Before my trip too da saloon. I am already missin my long, relatively straighter (implies LESS Maggi Mee) hair.


After my cuttin n permin session. Four n a half hrs in da saloon. Hmm.. *Speechless*

It has been less than four hrs. And im already gettin loads of comments n nicknames!
Here are da nicknames i've been called so far (on my new hair):
1. Chinadoll (Argh~ Again?)
2. Maggi Mee (ArgHhHhh @!#@^*^$@ Again?!!!)
3. Sohee (RO players would understand why!)
4. Ah Soh (from behind) Honestly, i agree with this one!

But at least Liseong thinks it not too bad. And Manda tried to console me by tryin to lie to me!!!! Haha.

But thr are some things im satisfied with:
1. My blonde hair is completely cropped off now.
2. I like my fringe.
And thts abt all.

Here's my analysis of my new hairstyle. Haha. Looks like im whinin abt this too much. My siblings are already sick of me. Haha. Mayb im just not used to it. I think i'll just hafta look in da mirror more often n get used to it! *I miss my long hair!* So, peeps, plz gimme some honest feedback! Plz plz plz!!!

Okay, havent updated, despite da fact tht i had lotsa fun this two days. Which means lotsa stuff to talk abt here! So lets start:

Zoo-mania
Hmm went to da zoo with da girls, Sam n Manda yesterday. Cool time we had thr, altho da drive thr was so so so so soooo tirin.. Well well, our adventure at da zoo began at abt 9am.

Saw lotsa animals, but da highlights were probably:
1. The baby monkey tht, err, did his business while hangin on da bars. Then he smelled his hands after tht.. Eeeew!
2. Then thr was this white faced gibbon tht sounded like an ambulance! So annoyin!!! Haha.
3. Da pony tht got horny all of a sudden. Darn funny. Sam said tht Manda made it horny but she denies. Haha. Whtever, but *tht thing* was so disgustin (big, black, n swingin..?) Disgusto Level = 99999999.
4. Da camels. Soooo cute. They look like they always have difficulties tryin to sit up. And i think we saw them kissin (Or were they not?) Hmm.. They're so cute n i was so tempted to apply mascara for them! Heheheee..
5. Da giraffes. Da kids were so excited to see them tht they all shouted at da sight of them. Then they were all wavin wavin to da giraffes n Manda start to perasan then waved back at them. Haha.
6. Sam's voice. Thts probably da only thing tht anyone can hear in da zoo until we left. Manda n i were accusin her for bein cruel to da animals bcoz she is yellin at them. But Sam said they were lucky coz they din hafta hear her sing! muahaha...
7. Da elephants. We were tryin to find da elephants for so long! But we only found it at d end. Haha, mayb coz we were too hungry to get our directions right. But they are sooo kesian ler..THeir legs were chained to da walls. So cham!! (Cruelty to animals)
8. Da cute cute sealion in da show. We went to da amphitheatre at 11pm to catch da show. Da sealion was soooo cute when he clapped n kissed his trainer. Btw thr was a guest appearance by da orang utan as well.

Haha. Cant think of more rite now. Mayb Sam n Manda shld remind me of more. I havent got da pics from Manda, but she posted some in her blog ady, so go have a look here. Hmm go have a look at my hair also! haha.. vain livee!

Studio
Promised kwokkeong to arrive at da studio early today but couldnt get thr on time due to some personal reasons. (ahem, dont ask) Btw when i got thr they started laughin at my hair. Argh! Especially stupid kor Fuikiat! But then i guess i'll just hafta get used to da laughter coz i'll b gettin more next week when da sem break's over! And another reminder to myself: Wash hair 3 times a day!

Hmm da roof is finally up but it looks kinda weird. Doesnt look vr promisin to me. But we left da studio anyway coz we had to meet everyone else in Klang. So i guess we'll hafta improvise on da roof tmr.

Steamboat
Steamboat for Kwokkeong's bday. Hmm some kinda surprise i guess. But i hafta betray kwokkeong for it. Coz i knew tht he din want us to treat him n i reassured him tht thr wont b anythin up for him (eventho i knew abt Jo's plans for him). Then when it all happened he looked at me as tho i did da biggest sin on earth! Argh.. But i cant b blamed rite? I cant spoil everyone's surprise for him rite? Hmm then da whole world will b mad at me n then tht would b a bigger sin! Arghh... We had fun tho!

Ppl present for our little steamboat dinner: Kwokkeong, Fuikiat, Bryan, Wenchin, Jo, Vincent, Livoon (yes, thts my sis!) and I. Will upload da pic soon la i think.

Hmm I guess thts abt all i did these two days. I just cant wait for tmr to b over. Tmr is a vr important day to me. Hmm duwan tell y'all why! hahaha.. Ciaoz for now.

Had to meet my grpmates for site surveyin today at ten (luckily they din ffk again! fuhh~), but i arrived in college at eight. Just so tht i could send him to college. Things girls can do for love. Haha. Was yawnin yawnin when i arrived at da empty studio. Nobody to talk to. So sien. Remind ya, Livee cant really stand silence one! Haha.

So i went to work on my instruction manual for da shelter lor. Since im not tall enough to complete da roof also. Draw draw draw then i decided to take some pics of my shelter. My beloved castle, to b more exact. Here u go:

This is my castle from d outside. (And its so crammed up in my studio) See da gap thr? Its designed for my hide-n-seek games. But when lecturer asks, i said its an openin to let some light into da interior la. Haha just simply crap some dumb concept la. Hmm doink rite? I know laaa~ Nvm la, me sudah biasa dipanggil childish. Panggil sajela! Haha.

Da interior. Seee! We've got skylights! Cool bo? Btw dont ask me why da corrugated board is cacated. Uncle Win laaaa~ Give us cacated boards.

So my roof is finally standin (as u can see) but not vr stable yet la, coz we havent added da reinforcements and da extra roofs samore. Dont worry, we'll have it covered! Haha. So here, i MUST give credits to my wonderful studio partner kwokkeong. Without him, thr'll b no roof (coz me not tall enough to install mer!). And so sorry la, he has to put up with my bisingness n childishness. Have been nice workin with him!

Hmm.. Wht u guys think abt it? Nads think i'll bcome a minimalist in da future. Mayb she's right. Err actually i hope she's right. I love minimalism. I shall add tht in part of my Liveeism laaa! Btw this is not complete yet, will update u guys when its done. And will take more pics when we shift it out to da roof garden of LCS. Plz come have a look by then k?

Then thrs Nick, Weizhen, Lucas, Meileng from my ESL MK4. Only had a year to get to know u guys, then when we are close then everyone has to leave ady! Really sad when we had to 'graduate' ler. Not forgettin, Jiayi, QianMay, Ling, Alicia(d only one from ALevels laa) tht always shared my ride home.

Then, thrs Mel, Boon, Penyu, Lian, SHer, Yam, Jo from MGS! Jayne, KFarn, TeeChin, Clauds, Weikiat, CHekFong, Kokleong, KuanMinn from SriLethia! U ppl really mean alot to me. Thx for accompanyin me grow since we were kids. You guys rock da hse! No word can describe how grateful i am to have u angels in my life, guidin me thru tough 'growin-up' times.

Which makes me think. Im goin to face more 'departures' in da future. Cant imagine my life without my frens in my Architecture school now. I will appreciate u guys. Thx for standin up for me when somethin comes up. Lotsa things happened this year, but i'll b fine. Coz i have yr support! Wht doesnt kill u only makes u stronger!

My kesimpulan? Gettin to know ppl n then departin when u finally get to know them better really hurts. Reminds me of Monster Inc, Boo n Sulli. Saddenin! Thts why i cry everytime i watch da movie, altho i've watched it for a zillion times. Frens are an important part of everyone's life, so cherish them, n dont treat them like crap!

If u know me well enough, then im sure yd know tht i have an intense hatred for ppl who cant stay in love with one person at a time. Polygamy, it is. I hate to argue on this topic, coz thr will nv b an answer to it. But this guy just hafta say somethin SO sensitive to provoke my anger laaa! Now, this is dedicated to u la D****cK, wahahaha! I guess everythin tht can possibly b said abt marryin more than one person has already been said, until it is becomin sorely uninterestin at a point. Polygamy, tho a serious matter (no? jus imagine yre an affected party!), has joined da ranks of issues tht have ruffled a few feathers onset, inspired vehement protests, and subsequently fizzled out due to da sheer absurdity of da suggestion in da 1st place.

But da practice is still, nonetheless, prevalent. Dont get me wrong - im not bein a sexist here (or am i? heehee..). Polygamy doesnt refer purely to men takin more than one wife. To b more precise, polygyny refers to men with stronger (ahem!) urges, n polyandry refers to women with da same practise. Monogamy, of course, is the antithesis of these practises.

BUT! Yes, thr is a but! Hehe.. But men is always wantin more n more.
(Ya ya, throw rotten eggs at me, hate me for tellin da truth, whtever laaaaa!)

A man may have a hundred reasons for wantin to marry again. Da best i've heard so far? My neighbour's case. Da husband wants to get hitched again bcoz da 1st woman he married was simply not his soul partner. Da fact tht he discovered this a whole 15yrs into his union makes u wonder whr his brain was at da time of courtship! Hey guys, will u at least care to find a better excuse?

Okay laa, even if its not da guy's fault, have u ever thought abt da kids? How'd they feel? Regardless of whether he divorced da 1st woman bcoz shes a super-b*tch who doesnt know how to prepare da basic nasi goreng, marryin more than once will have ramifications on yr loved ones, especially da kids. How can adults b so heartless?

And btw, wht abt some equal justice for a change? If men bcome studs for ploughin more than one field, then women shldnt b considered sluts for offerin their fertile vales for da same reasons. Right? Hmm its not tht im plannin to do so, but whrs da justice?

And yknow wht? If one day, my man wants to walk down da aisle once more *LIV TOUCHES WOOD*, i will let him do it. I think no amount of pleadin is goin to change a man's mind (right, guys?), especially if it comes to matters of da groin. (Oops did i just say tht out loud? Hehe..) Coz thts his OTHER head. Sorry i havent been updatin lately. Have been busy with college this week. Hmm wht shld i say? Okay lets start with wht we've been missin out so far:

1. My castle is finally completed. And didnt kena bombard by my 'beloved' lecturer Faisal this time, so not so bad lar rite?! Haha, actually im kinda proud of our (Kkeong n i) work. Looks nice wht! No? Haha. i know i perasan lar, but really nice wht! Blek =P
2. Got my test results for Site Surveyin, Construction1, History1 already. Did okay. Actually im quite satisfied with them. Hehee!
3. My hair is startin to look better, i think! Not so curly curly like auntie ady! Haha, and Nads thinks it looks like KateHudson's! (Too bad im not as pretty, or else i'll b floatin in d air now!)
4. My parents got me 2 new jackets. Identical ones, one white one black. Vr nice ler, i like them vr much! Wait lar n see, i wear go college let y'all see! New clothes = Yay!
5. I had a great time today. Enjoyed myself to da max! But vr tired la.. Well, just wanna say, I LOVE U NADS!
6. Then my happy happy feelings ended, when i went to see my gma in my uncle's place just now. Her hair is almost all gone now, and thrs a big blood clot on her chest. Yet she still stand strong as a person. Im so sad to see her like this, i cried when i came home.

Thts probably da highlights of my week.

Throughout da entire week, i realize somethin. I realize i dunno wht i really want. At a moment, i want ppl to respect my feelings n thoughts. Then whenever somethin happens and at da vr next moment, i just apologize without even really checkin wht i did wrong. Mayb i just dont wanna quarrel. Or mayb im just too tired to quarrel. But it makes me feel like im so lack of character n principles.

I dunno lar, i wasnt like this in da past. I dunno wht happened to me. I think i must keep remindin myself to stand firm and keep to my principles no matter wht happened. So wht if thrs an argument? If im wrong then i shld apologize lar, but if im not..? Its a totally different story then, rite? Plz support me peeps, while i find my old self back. And plz love me for me, and dont try to step all over my head just bcoz im nice to u! (And never ever treat my frens like crap, i will kill u!)
